2020 Models of Smash Ball Volley Skills for Beginners Age High School

This study aims to produce volleyball smash skills training models for beginners of high school age and to test the effectiveness of the resulting model. The research method used in this study is the research and development method of Borg and Gall using 10 stages and the subject of the research is beginner high school age athletes in East Jakarta. This research begins with needs analysis, planning, making trial, revision and final product products. The model effectiveness test uses a volleyball Smash skills test which is used to measure the athlete’s smash skills before and after the treatment of the developed training model. The results showed that the exercise model product was feasible to use, the results of small group and large group trials could explain that the overall model could be done well. In the effectiveness test results, the significance test for the difference with the SPSS 16 paired sample test obtained the accuracy of the experimental group with an average value of 10.63 and a control group with an average value of 3.23. This difference value is the average value of the increase in test results skills in the group . Selection of the results of the average value of the different experimental group and control group or mean difference = 7,400, t-count = 7,323, df = 58, with p-value = 0,000 <0.05 and the results of the experimental group values with an average value of 1,178 and control group with an average value of 1.306 different values is the average value of the increase in the time of test results in the group. Selection of the mean results of the different values of the experimental group and the control group or mean difference = 0.127, t-count = 7.765 df = 60, with p-value = 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. These results indicate that the treatment given to the experimental group namely the volleyball smash skill training model for high school age beginners has a higher effectiveness and can improve the volleyball smash skill for high school age beginners

2020 Increasing Learning Outcomes Rhythmic Gymnastics Activities Through Active Learning Approaches

The general objective of this research is to to find out the improvement in rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes through the application of active learning approaches. The design of this research is action research. The subjects in this study were 38 students in grade V Elementary School Mampang 2 Depok city. The application of the rhythmic gymnastics learning approach must be in accordance with the characteristics of students, for that it requires an innovative and active learning approach according to all the existing characters. The method used is action research using Kemmis and Mc. Taggart with the design of planning, observation, action and reflection. The results showed an increase in rhythmic gymnastics learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the average in the pre cycle which is 43.2 with a percentage of completeness is 42.29%, in the first cycle increased to 63.9 with a percentage of completeness is 55.26% and in the second cycle increased to 87.3 with a percentage of completeness is 100%. So, it can be concluded that the active learning approach can improve the learning outcomes of rhythmic gymnastics. Because the application of an active learning approach is adapted to the characteristics of students who want to learn and facilitate the learning process in understanding the rhythmic gymnastics methods.

2020 Game Model Warm-Up for Junior High School Students

This research and development uses the ADDIE method, namely. The subjects in this research and development are junior high school students consisting of 60 students. The instrument used in this research and development is a test instrument to measure the pulse in order to collect data on junior high school students. The stages in research and development are, in stages: Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), Evaluation (Evaluation). Test the effectiveness of the model using a test which includes looking for the initial pulse and final pulse in each game which is useful to determine the extent of the increase in the pulse of students while following a warm-up process that is packaged through the game well. From the initial tests, the results of the tests were obtained with an average of 80.75 for the pulse rate of male and 79.79 for the pulse rate of female, then after being treated in the form of a game model, it was obtained an average of 105.84 for male pulse rate and 103.33 for pulse rate for the female. So the game model for warming up for junior high school students was feasible. Based on the results of the development it can be concluded that: (1) The game model for warming is effectively used in warming up physical education lessons in junior high schools. (2) The game model for warming up for junior high school students can be developed and applied in the warm-up of Physical Education lessons.

2020 Game Like Drills-Based Infield Defense Exercise Models on Softball for Beginners Athletes

The study was conducted to determine the results of the effectiveness of the game model exercise-based infield defense like drills on softball games for beginner athletes. This type of research used research and development with pre-test and post-test. The research subjects used were 30 beginner softball athletes at high school level in the city of Bandung. Types of data collection methods in this study use quantitative and qualitative methods. The research conducted yields the value of the effectiveness of the calculation results using SPSS 16 with the mean value of pre-test = 21.4333 and the mean value of post-test = 34.5000, then the difference in the difference between the results of pre-test and post-test or mean difference = -13.06667 t- count = -31,986df for = 29 and p-value for = 0.00 <0.05. then there is a significant difference in value between the value before and after treatment with the infield exercise model based on game like drills on softball games for beginners. These results indicate that the infield training model based on game like drills is effectively used for training based infield defense on softball games for beginner athletes

2020 Model Exercise of Passing Futsal for Girls Age 15-18 Years

The purpose of this study is to develop a futsal passing exercise model for girls age 15 – 18 years. The research approach to developing this exercise model uses the Research and Development model from Borg and Gall. The subjects of this research and development are intended for girls age 15 – 18 years. Data analysis obtained 18 items of training models that are feasible and effective to improve futsal passing skills. In the significance test obtained from the process value (suitability of motion) shows the mean = 2,133 difference between the pre-test results and post-test results, the results of t-count = 7,899 df = 29 and p-value = 0,000 & lt; 0.05 which means that there is a significant difference between before and after the treatment of futsal passing exercise model for girls age 15 – 18 years and the assessment of the results of the mean passing = 17,367 shows the difference between the pre-test and post-test results, the t-test results = 86,626 df = 29 and p -value = 0,000 & lt; 0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after being given a passing exercise model for girls age 15 – 18 years. From the two assessments, there is a significant difference between before and after the treatment model exercise and can effectively improve futsal passing skills.

2020 Anticipation of The Tsunami Desaster in Physical Education Learning

This study aims determine the anticipatory behavior of the tsunami desaster that appears in elementary school students provided in the forms of games in physical education learning conducted in Padang, West Sumatera. The method used in this study is qualitative interpreted in a descriptive way that present research data in the form of a series of words. Techniques in research are obeservation, interviews and documentation to reinforce research. Data analysis in this model uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, adn drawing conclusions and verification. The sample used in this study was the principal, teachers and students of all three elementary schools in Padang, West Sumatera. The object of

the research is the behavio that appears to students when given a tsunami anticipation game. Data collection is done to see the behavior that appears in students in the game given to students in grade 3 elementary school. Vased on the results of the study showed that game given to learners has been effective and can lead to student behavior such as honesty, discipline, sportsmanship, responsibility, cooperation / mutual cooperation, courtesy, and confidence. Although in implementing the game there is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure in learning at the school but the enthusiasm of thestudents in doing the game is very big and fun. It can be concluded that the game of anticipating the tsunami disaster given to students has been effective to improve the behavior of students in physical education subjects.

This research uses research and development is to produce dolyo chagi kick speed training models in Taekwondo sports. This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) research method of ADDIE. The subjects in this research and development is 20 student of elementary school. The instrument used in this research and development is the dolyo chagi kick test instrument which is used to collect the data of the dolyo chagi kick in Taekwondo sports, In this research and development uses any instruments that are: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) ) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. The model effectiveness test uses the dolyo chagi kick test to determine the ability of the dolyo chagi kick speed before administering the treatment in the form of the dolyo chagi kick speed training model developed and to determine the ability level of the dolyo chagi kick speed after the treatment or treatment developed, from the initial test that is conducted,it is obtained that dolyo chagi kicking speed level of students is 16.60 then, after giving the treatment in the form of dolyo chagi kicking speed training is obtained the ability level of dolyo chagi kick speed of students is 19.50, then the dolyo chagi kick speed training model is effective in increasing the training speed of dolyo chagi kick in the Taekwondo sport. Based on the results of the development it can be concluded that: (1) With the dolyo chagi kick speed training model of the Taekwondo sport branch can be developed and applied in the Taekwondo extracurricular training at school (2) With the dolyo chagi kick speed training model in the Taekwondo sport that has been developed, evidence is obtained This increase is indicated by the results of the pretest and posttest data testing results of a significant difference between before and after the treatment of the Dolyo Chagi kick speed training model of the Taekwondo.

2020 Flexibility Maintenance Model for Lands

This study aims to create flexibility maintenance models (movements) for the elderly with age > 60 years. The maintenance of this flexibility is performed through static stretching exercises. The research method used is through a research and development approach where the research design is the one group pretest-posttest design. The study subjects numbered 34 elderly from a total of 40 members of the Klub Senam Jantung Sehat Antakusuma, Depok City, West Java, who performed 32 flexibility training models (movements) from a total of 38 models (movements). The instruments used in this study were the back scratch test to measure the superior extremity joints and the chair sit-and-reach test to measure the inferior extremity joints. The research was conducted from February 19th to April 20th, 2019. Data analysis was obtained through SPSS version 16. The back scratch test results had an average initial test score of -6.50 cm and a final test of -2.79 m, while the chair sit-and-reach test had an average initial test score of 0.56 cm and a final test of 4.51 cm with a significance value or p-value of both tests 0.000 < 0.05 so that the training models (movements) created has a positive and significant impact on the flexibility of the superior and inferior extremity joints of elderly. The important thing to note in providing flexibility training is that training should be in accordance with the rules of training and the ability to achieve the training objectives for the flexibility of the elderly joints.

2020 The Influence of Arm Muscles Explosive Power, Shoulder Flexibility, and Self Confidence on Shooting Results of Petanque Indonesian Athletes

This study aims to determine the effect of the explosive power of the arm muscles, shoulder flexibility, and confidence on the shooting results of Indonesian petanque athletes. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach, a survey method with tests and measurements. Meanwhile, the analysis technique uses a path analysis approach. The analysis test was carried out by calculating the data requirements, namely the normality test, the homogeneity test. (1) The explosive power of the arm muscles affects the shooting result by 0.455 or 45.5%. (2) Shoulder flexibility affects Shooting results by 0.310 or 31%. (3) Confidence affects shooting results by 0.217 or 21.7%. (4) Muscle explosive power has an effect on self-confidence by 0.829 or 82.9%. (5) shoulder flexibility affects selfconfidence by 0.132 or 13.2%. Thus, it can be concluded that the shooting results are influenced by the explosive power of the arm muscles, shoulder flexibility and selfconfidence.

2020 The Influence of Speed, Agility, and Self Confidence of Students on Dribble Skills in Football

The study aims at examining the influence of speed, agility, and self confidence of students on dribble skill in football at sman 3 cikarang utara. The study is descriptive research. The research samples were 30 students at SMAN 1 Cikarang Utara. Data were analyzed using correlation technique and regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 at the significant level 95% or 0.05. The results of the study reveal that in each structure 1) there is influence of speed on self confidence of students at SMAN 1 Cikarang Utara with coefficient path 2.287 and (P<0.05); 2) there is agility on self confidence of students at SMAN 1 Cikarang Utara with coefficient path 2.246 and (P<0.05); 3) there is influence of speed on dribble skills of students in football with coefficient path 3.341 and (P<0.05); 4) there is agility on dribble skills of students in football at SMAN 1 Cikarang Utara with coefficient path 2.209 and (P<0.05); 5) there is influence of self confidence on dribble skills of students in football at SMAN 1 Cikarang Utara with coefficient path 2.405 and (P<0.05).

Providing new models that can be applied at the same time does not eliminate the culture that seems inherent in the current era, which is the digitalization of technology that is practical and easy to use but does not eliminate the characteristics of research objects, namely elementary school students. By being given a physical fitness model through the brain breaks method for about a month, students experience increased physical fitnessseen from the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) in the initial conditions which is an average of 9.5142 then the final test is 11.2857.

This research aimed to develop a learning model in freestyle swimming for hearing impairments (deaf) students based on an audio visual. The subjects in this research and development are deaf elementary school students. The research method used is the research and development model of Borg and Gall. Data collection techniques used are the results of expert validation and trials through the Assessment instrument with t-test statistical data analysis. The results of research and development of freestyle learning models on audio visual based for deaf students showed (1) audio visual based freestyle learning models for deaf students with an average of 10.55 pre-test and post-test average of 16.20 standard deviation of pre-test 2,075 and post-test 1,814 average pre-test and post-test -5,650 and standard deviation of 1,075 t -33,229 significance level of 0.05 because H0 was rejected, it means the Freestyle swimming learning model in audio visual based can be used. This also will enhance their freestyle and effectiveness to be applied in the process of learning freestyle for elementary school deaf students.

2020 Spin Pass Exercise Model on Rugby Game

This study aims to develop a spin pass exercise model in rugby game to obtain empirical data about the effectiveness of the spin pass training model on rugby game. The method which is used in this study is Research and Development method of Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps. The subject of the research is Universitas Negeri Jakarta Rugby Club athlete. The final result of this study is a model guidebook and a spin pass training video model on rugby games at Universitas Negeri Jakarta Rugby Club with a total of 18 final models that have gone through expert evaluation, trial and revision, and effectiveness has been tested. The effectiveness of the spin-pass training model in rugby game at Universitas Negeri Jakarta Rugby Club uses the “t-test” technique. Data from the results of the pretest and posttest spin-pass exercise on rugby games with a significance level of 0.05. Data on pretest and post-test results were 3.93 with a post-test of 5.63, then it shows that the results of the increase in posttest class are higher compared to athletes pretest group. Thus it can be stated that, the spin pass training model in rugby game at the Universitas Negeri Jakarta Rugby Club is effectively used to improve the results of the spin pass.

2020 Model Passing-Shooting Futsal Based Small Sided Games for U 16 Years

The purpose of this study is to produce models of Passin-shooting futsal training based on small sided games in the club lampung and to test the effectiveness of the models produced. The research method used in this study is the Brog and Gall development method using 10 stages and with the research subject is a U-16 futsal athlete at the Lampung futsal academy. This research begins with needs analysis, planning, product creation, testing, revision and final product. Test the effectiveness of passing-shooting with instruments used to determine the level of passing-shooting ability of athletes before and after the treatment of this training model is suitable for use. In the small group test results in the large group explained that the model is feasible and followed by a significant T Test with SPSS 16, a significant test on passing obtained an average value = 8,067 indicating the difference between pre-test and post-test results, df = 29 , the result of t table = 24,558> t counts 1.69913 (from n = 30) and p-value = 0.00 <0.05. while in small group test results in large group shooting training model explained that the model is suitable for use with significant T test in shooting obtained average value = 6,333 shows the difference of pre-test and post-test results, df = 29, t table results = 15,531> t count 1.69913 (from n = 30) and p-value = 0.00 <0.05. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the futsal passing-shooting model based on small sided games for U-16 year olds is effective and can improve the passing-shooting skills of U-16 age athletes, the training model applied in the treatment for the experimental group has significant effectiveness.

2020 Pointing Skills Training Model for Petanque Athletes

This research and development aimed todevelop a pointing skill training model for petanque athlete. In addition, this research and development was carried out to obtain in-depth information about the development and application of the Petanque pointing skills training model for Petanque athletes and to find out the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of the athlete to the model created. This research used the Research & Development (R&D) method from Borg and Gall. The instrument used in this research and development was a questionnaire and a test instrument for Petanque pointing skills which was used to collect data on the results of pointing. The subjects in this research and development were DKI Jakarta Petanque club athletes consisting of 30 athletes. The final results in this study were in the form of a pointing skills manual book for petanque athletes consist of 30 models that have been evaluated, tested, revised and also have been tested for the effectiveness by experts. The effectiveness test used the technique of “t-test” data from the results of pre-test and post-test with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the results of the effectiveness test using the t-test of the differences in the results of pointing skills between the pre test and the post test obtained t0 = 14,159 was greater than the t value = 0,000 thus the hypothesis was rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there was a significant difference between the pre test and the post test of petanque pointing skills. The average value of the pre test on pointing skills was 3.77 smaller than the average of the post test at 7. Thus, it can be concluded that the pointing skill training model for athletes in the Petanque sport is effectively applied in training at the Petanque sports club.

This study aims to analyze the length of the legs (1), leg muscle strength (2), and ankle coordination (3) on the passing control of futsal in athletes Crocuta Futsal Academy Indonesia U-16. (4). This type of research is correlation. The population of this research is the U-16 crocuta academy athlete. The sampling technique with total sampling with a total sample of 50 students. The results showed that: First, the results of the first hypothesis testing stated that there was a positive influence between leg muscle strength and the accuracy of the passing-control of futsal balls. Second, the results of testing the second hypothesis states that there is a positive influence between the coordination of eye and foot motion on the accuracy of the passing-control of futsal balls. Third, the results of testing the third hypothesis states that there is a positive influence between leg length on the accuracy of futsal ball passing-control. Fourth, the results of testing the third hypothesis states that there is a positive influence between leg muscle strength, eye and foot coordination, and leg length on the accuracy of futsal ball passing-control. Thus there is a positive effect on several variables researched, so that there is a positive influence on leg muscle strength, eye and foot coordination, and leg length to improve the accuracy of passing the futsal ball.

2020 The Effect of Muscle Power, Arm Power and Perception Kinesthetic of Speed Climbing World Record on Bogor Rock Climbing Athletes

 The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence between leg muscle power, arm strength, and kinesthetic perception of the speed of the world record speed in Bogor rock climbing athletes. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods with measurements and tests, while analytical skills use the path analysis approach. The subjects in this study were Bogor rock climbing athletes. Sampling is done using total sampling technique. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test it can be found that: 1) There is a direct influence between leg muscle power (X1) on climbing speed world record (Y) rock climbing athletes in Bogor district by 4.80%; 2) There is a direct influence between Arm Strength (X2) on climbing speed world record (Y) Bogor rock climbing athletes by 3.42%; 3) There is a direct effect between Kinesthetic Perception (X3) on climbing speed world record (Y) Bogors climbing athletes as much as 3.42%; 4) There is a direct influence between the leg muscle power (X1) on Kinesthetic Perception (X3) Bogor rock climbing athletes by 4%; 5) There is a direct influence between Arm Strength (X2) on Kinesthetic Perception (X3) of rock climbing athletes in Bogor Regency by 4.41%. Based on the findings of the study, it can be concluded that leg muscle power and arm strength can directly influence the kinesthetic perception of rock climbing athletes in Bogor; and leg muscle power and arm strength can have a direct effect, and kinesthetic perception of the speed of climbing World record speed in Bogor rock climbing athletes.

2020 Model for Jab Straight Training Model for Beginners

The purpose of this research is to provide a more new atmosphere when training for athletes so that they do not get bored quickly and are more enthusiastic in training, by developing a straight boxing jab training model for beginner athletes using simple tools, which are expected to simplify and accelerate technical mastery basic boxing especially for beginner athletes. The subjects in this study were novice boxing athletes in the city of Cilegon. Based on the results significance test of pretest differences with the results obtained Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.234 is greater than 0.05 which means there is no significant difference in the pretest between the experimental group and the control group. Based on the results of the average value of Jabstraight skills test between the experimental group obtained an average value of 83.58 and the control group obtained an average value of 78.06, then the effectiveness of the average value with the treatment of jabstraight training model for beginners looks more increased and effective for beginners . Based on the results of experimental group trials and control group trials it can be concluded that the Jabstraight exercise model for novice athletes can be used in the beginner athlete training process and is feasible and effective for improving skills with Jabstraight training for novice athletes.

2020 Learning Model Using Top Service in Volley Ball Based on Media Learning for Junior High School.

The objective of this research is to produce learning model top service of volley ball for junior high school. Many students in junior high school who have not had top service technique; one of the them are SMP TUNAS BANGSA and SMPN 6 Depok. The methods used in the research are research and development (R & D) by Borg and Gall. The subject of the research is Junior High School students that consist of 60 students. The instrument used in this research and development are questionnaire and instrument test of volleyball service that used to collect top service database. The steps in the research and development are (1) necessary analyze; (2) the expert evaluation; (3) the limited test (small group tested): and (4) the main test (field testing). The effective test model used is to know proficiency level of top service in volley bal based on the media learning for junior high school before and after given treatment. From the beginning a test conducted obtained is around 3799, then after given top service obtained around 4722. So that, the top service in volley ball is effective to increase the learning for junior high school students. Based on the result of the research and development, the result concluded that (1) on the model of learning to up service I volley ball based on the media learning for junior high school stuent can be developed and apply in the training of material physical education. (2) on the model of learning in top service of volleyball based on media learning for junior high school that was develop obtained evidence was increasing that showed on the result of the examination on pretest and post test have significant differences before and after the treatment model.

2020 Model Development Exercise Skill Smash Vollyball for High School Age

This study aims to develop a training models for volleyball smash skills for Vocational High School Students. This study uses a research and development (RnD) method with a model of Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps. The number of students involved in this study was 60 students. The instruments used in this study are tests. The effectiveness of the results of the average score of the training results of smash volleyball skills for Vocational High School Students in the experiment (using the volleyball smash skill training model) preetest is 12,7. while the average score of the volleyball block skill training in the posttest test is 24,0, and the posttest average value is higher than the preetest average value. The significant test of difference with SPSS 20 obtained results of t-count =21,783 df = 59 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05 which means that there is a very significant difference.

2020 Models of Hoki Dribble Training for Beginners Athletes

Basically  the  hockey  dribble  training  model  to  improve  dribble  quality  with various  training  models  developed,  20  hockey  dribble  training  models for  beginners that  are  developed  can  improve  coordination  and  enrich  various  dribble  exercises.  In an  exercise  a  number  of  variations  are  needed  in  order  to  create  fun  and  a  new atmosphere,  variations  of  exercises  that  are  created  and  applied  well  will  prevent boredom and saturation, especially for novice athletes. Based on the research results of the significance test of pretest differences with the results obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.06  is  greater  than  0.05  which  means  there  is  no  significant  difference  in  the  pretest between  the  experimental  group  and  the  control  group.  Based  on  the  results  of  the effectiveness of the model test that the average value of the results of the dribble skills test  between  the  experimental  group  with  an  average  value  of  82.03  and  the  control group with an average value of 76.35. Then the effectiveness of the average value with the treatment of the hockey dribble training model for athletes aged 12-18 years looks more improved and effective for athletes aged 12-18 years. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the hockey dribble training model for athletes aged 12-18  years  can  be  used  in  the  process  of  training  athletes  aged  12-18  years  and  is feasible and effective to improve skills with variations of dribble exercises for athletes aged 12-18 years.

In  general,  the  purpose  of  this  research  and  development  was  to  produce  a  medium  shoot exercise model  for basketball  for kids aged 13-15 years. In addition, this research and development was carried out to obtain in-depth information about: the development and application of a medium shoot model of exercise on basketball and to know the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of children  towards  the  models  made.  This  research  and  development  uses  Research  &  Development (R  &  D)  research  methods.  The  subjects  in  this  research  and  development  are  very  minimal basketball  athletes.The  instruments  used  in  this  research  and  development  are  questionnaires, questionnaires,  and  medium  shoot test  instruments  thatare  used to  collect  data  at  stages:  (1)  needs analysis; (2) expert evaluation (initial product evaluation); (3) limited trials (small group trials); and (4) main trial (field testing). The effectiveness of applying the medium shoot model used the “t-test”technique. t the medium shoot test obtained the initial test value of 230 and the final test 304 then the data  was  processed  using  the  SPSS  20  application  with  the  t-test  and  produced  the  sig  value.  0.00 whose  value  is  smaller  than  0.05  then  the  null  hypothesis  is  rejected.Thus  it  can  be  stated  that  themedium shoot exercise model on basketball for childrenaged 13-15 years is effectively used.

This  study  aims  to  obtain  information  about  the  influence  of  leg  muscle  explosive power, hand eye coordination, and self-confidence in Basketball Jump Shoot skills for Rasoek  (Raya  Sukatani)  Basketball  Team  Members  in  Bekasi.  This  research  uses  a quantitative approach to the survey method. Subjects in the study were members of the Bekasi Rasoek (Raya Sukatani) Basketball Team who were actively training with a total of 80  people.  Sampling  is done  using  the  Total  Sampling  technique.  Based  on  the results of hypothesis testing it is known that there is a direct influence between the leg muscle  explosive  variable  (X1) on  Jump  Shoot  (Y)  skills  of  4.54%.  The  direct  effect between Hand Eye Coordination (X2) on Jump Shoot (Y) skills was5.24%. The direct effect  between  the  Confidence  (X3)  variable  on  Jump  Shoot  (Y)  skills  was 4.88%.  The direct effect between the leg muscle power (X1) variable on Confidence (X3) is 4,54%. The direct effect between Hand Eye Coordination (X2) on Confidence (X3) was 7.45%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a direct influence between leg muscle explosive power (X1), hand eye coordination (X2), and Confidence (X3) on jump shoot skills (Y) members of Rasoek basketball team (Raya Sukatani).).

2020 Improving Smash Skills in Bulutangkis Game Using Tennis Ball Tools

This  research  is  an  action  research  to  improve  badminton  smash  skills  in  Yabis  MTs students with a total of 33 students.This action research uses the Kemmis and Taggart model which consists of two cycles. In this smash exercise use a tennis ball tool to reach the desired destination. Data was collected through observers’ observations in the form of smash skills tests; field notes; and  documents  during  the  study.  The  results  showed  that  after  the  action  of  using  a tennis  ball  tool  in  the  first  cycle  obtained  a  result  of  52%  with  the  number  of  17 students who achieved the minimum completeness criteria (KKM), 21% witha total of 7 students who reached above the minimum completeness criteria, and 27% with a total of 9 students who have not reached the minimum completeness criteria with an average score of 60. In the second cycle the results were 36.36% with the number of 12 students who  achieved  the  minimum  completeness  criteria,  42.42%  with  a  total  of  14  students who  achieved  above  the  minimum  completeness  criteria,  9.09%  with  the  number  3 students who achieved the A and 12 scores. , 12% with a total of 4 students who have not reached the minimum completeness criteria with an average score of 60. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of tennis ball tools can improve the smash skills of the Yabis MTs students.

This  study  generally  aims  to  improve  the  skills  of  volleyball  under  passing  techniques by  applying  the  play  method  to  students  who  take  extracurricular  activities  at  SMK Negeri 1 Cilegon. This studyuses an action research method with Kemmis and Taggart designs.  In  this  study,  the  role  of  researchers  is  as  a  key  instrument,  researching  and directly   involved   in   the   entire   research   process,   starting   from   the   activities   of observation,  planning,  to  the reflection  phase  in  each  cycle.  In  addition,  researchers act  as  planners,  observers,  processors,  and  data  analyzers.  The  research  subjects  in this  study  were  36  students.  The  instruments  used  in  this  study  were  test  and observation instruments. The resultsof research on the technique of passing under the initial data about 8% of students who achieve success. In the first cycle, the researchers applied  the  play  method  to  improve  the  skill  of  passing  under  volleyball  with  27 students  (75%)  achieving  the  success  criteria.  In  cycle  II  there  were  34  students (94.4%). So this research was not continued because it had reached the success criteria of  80%.  Thus  it  can  be  concluded  that  the  playing  method  can  improve  the  skill  of passing under volleyball.

2020 The Effect of Training and Coordination Methods on Flash Driving Skills in Futsal Games

The  purpose  of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  differences  between  drill  training methods  and  play  methods  as  well  as  coordination  of  dribbling  skills  in  futsal  games. This  research  was  conducted  on  futsal  extracurricular  students  of  SMPN  5  Cilegon. This  study  uses  a  2×2  treatment  by  level  research  design.  The  sample  consisted  of  36 students. The data analysis technique is the analysis of two-way variance (ANAVA) and then followed by the Tuckey test at the significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that (1). The value of dribbling in a futsal game on the treatment of the drill  practice  method  (A1)  is  higher  than  the  value  of  the  play  practice  method  (A2) futsal extracurricular students of SMPN 5 Cilegon (2). there is an interaction between the  training  methods  (A)  and  coordination  (B)  on  dribbling  skills  in futsal  games.  (3). The  value  of  dribbling  skills  in  the  game  of  futsal  on  the  treatment  method  of  high coordination  drill  exercise  (A1B1)  is  better  than  the  value  of  the  method  of  highcoordination play training (A2B1) in futsal extracurricular extracurricular activities at SMPN  5  Cilegon.  (4).  The  value  of  dribbling  skills  in  futsal  games  on  the  treatment method  of  low  coordination  drill  exercise  (A1B2)  is  lower  than  the  value  of  the  low coordination play practice method (A2B2) in futsal extracurricular SMPN 5 Cilegon.

2020 Game-Based Sprint Training Model for 6-12 Years Old

This  study  aims  to  develop  a  game-based  sprint  running  exercise  model  for  ages  6-12  years. This  study  uses  research  and  development  (RnD)  methods  with  the  Borg  and  Gall  model consisting  of  ten  steps.  The  number  of  athletes  involved  in  this  study  were  20  athletes.  The instruments used in this study are tests. Validation tests conducted by experts concluded that 10 models  of  game-based  sprint  running  exercises  for  ages  6-12  years  were  declared  valid  and feasible  to  use.  The  effectiveness  test  results  of  the  average  results  of  game-based  sprint running  exercises  for  ages  6-12  years  in  the  experimental  group  (using  a  game-based  sprint running  exercise  model  for  ages  6-12  years)  were  pre-test  of  5.81  while  the  average  score  of training results kecepatantendangandolyochagi in the final test (posttest) is 16.00 meaning that there  is  a  difference  and the  posttest  average  value  is  higher  than the  preetest average  value. The significant test of difference with SPSS 20 obtained the results of t-count = -31.83 df = 21 and p-value = 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is a very significant diverent.

The  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  produce  a  water-based  learning  introduction model (MNS) based on playing in swimming (for elementary school students who have anxious swimming). The subjects in this research and development are Bekasi Jaya XIII Elementary  School  and  AL-AZHAR  Kelapa  Gading  Islamic  Elementary  School.  The research  method  used  is  the  research  and  development  model  of  Borg  and  Gall.  Data collection techniques used are the results of expert validation and effectiveness testing through  an  instrument  of  anxiety  level  assessment  with  t-test  statistical  data  analysis. The  results  of  research  and  development  of  water-based  learning  recognition  models (MNS)  based  on  swimming  in  swimming  (for  elementary  school  students  who  have anxious  swimming)  shows  that  (1)  water-based  learning  learning  models  (MNS)  are based  on  playing  in  swimming  sports  (for  elementary  school  students  who  are  have anxious  swimming)  significantly  reduce  the  level  of  anxiety  in  the  learning  process  of water recognition in swimming sports, (2) Based on data analysis, the average value of pre-test  is  14.5  and  post-test  average  is  8.1,  t-count  =  25.59,  df  =  39  and  p-value  = 0.00  <0.05,  it  can  be  said  that  the  water  recognition  learning  model  (MNS)  based  on playing  in  swimming  (for  elementary  school  students  who  have  anxiety  to  swim)  can reduce  the  level  of  anxiety  and  is  effective  to  be  applied  in  the  learning  process  of learning water in swimming sports.

This study aims to obtain information about the effect of teaching style and motor ability on the results of service on volleyball for students of GITA KIRTI 5 Middle School Jakarta. The research method uses an experimental method with treatment by level 2 x 2 research subjects in class VIII SMP GITA KIRTI 5 Jakarta. The research instrument uses the top service test and the Barrow Motor ability test. The analysis technique uses a parametric statistical approach, obtained as a whole the group taught using the inclusive teaching style is better than the group taught using the reciprocal teaching style, there is a significant influence of interaction between the teaching style and the motor abilities that students have on the results of service volleyball, there is a very significant difference in the results of service on volleyball between students who are taught with inclusive teaching style is better than reciprocal teaching style, for students who have high motor ability, there is a very significant difference in service results on volleyball between students who are taught reciprocal teaching style is better than inclusive teaching style, for students who have low motor ability. In this study it is recommended that teachers choose and apply teaching styles that are tailored to the level of students’ mobility.

2020 Futsal Dribbling Learning Model Based to Play for Elementary School Children

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  effect  of  playing-based  futsal  dribbling  learning models for elementary school children. Data was collected at SDN 09 Lenteng Agung, SDN Ciasmara 01 Pamijahan and SDN Kramat Begi Depok. The research method used is Research & Development (R&D).  Data collection began with the interview of the Physical Education teacher at the elementary school, then conducted a preliminary test, the treatment of learning models and finally a final test. Hypothesis testing techniques used in this study use statistical analysis techniques t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that theplay-based dribbling learning model that was given was effective in futsal dribbling learning. This can be seen from the t test on the results of the pretest and post test showed an increase. In the pretest results  obtained  measn  of  81.65  and  post-test  results  of  91.40.  From  the  test  results  of  the significance of the difference with SPSS in the mean (9.75) shows the difference between the pre-test and post-test, the results of t-count (35.25), df (59) and p-value (0.00 <0 , 05) which means  there  is  a  significant  difference  between  before  and  after  the  treatment  of  play  based dribbling learning models.

The purpose of this study was to produce training models for wrestling arm-throwing skills for novice athletes in athletes and wrestling clubs in Lampung and to test the effectiveness of the resulting models. The research method used in this study is the Brog and Gall development method using 10 stages and the research subjects were novice wrestling athletes in PPLP Wrestling, Lampung Province. This research begins with needs analysis, planning, making products, testing, revisions and final products. The arm swing effectiveness test with the instrument used to determine the level of the athlete’s arm throwing ability before and after the treatment of this exercise model is feasible to use. In the results of the small group trial in the large group, it was explained that the model was feasible and continued with a significant T test with SPSS 16, a significant test on the arm throwing obtained an average value = 1,900 indicating the difference between the pre-test and post-test results, df = 19, the result of t count = 6.785> t table 1.729 (from n = 20) and p-value = 0.00 <0.05.

Based on these results, it can be concluded that the wrestling model for beginner athletes is effective and can improve the arm throwing skills of novice wrestling athletes. The training model applied to the treatment for the treatment group has significant effectiveness.

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  effect  of  balance,  leg  muscle  strength,  and coordination  on  the  shooting skillsof  Futsal  Club  Jakarta  State  University  athletes.  The research  method  used  in  this  study  is  a  survey  with  path  analysis  techniques.  Analysis testing  is  done  by  calculating  the  data  requirements  namely  normality  test,  homogeneity test.(1)  Balance  affects  the skillsof  shooting  by  0.455  or  45.5%.  (2)  Leg  muscle strength  affects  the skillsof  shooting  by  0,310  or  31%.  (3)  Coordination  influences  the skillsof  shooting  by  0.217  or  21.7%.  (4)  Balance  influences  coordination  by  0.829  or 82.95. (5) Leg muscle strength influences coordination by 0.132 or 13.2%. Thus it can be concluded  that  the skillsof  shooting  is  influenced  by  balance,  leg  muscle  strength,  and coordination.

Data collection techniques used are the results of expert  validation  and  effectiveness  testing  through  assessment  instruments  with  t-test statistical  data  analysis.  The  results  of  research  and  development  of  a  butterfly  style swimming  skill  learning  model  for  junior  high  school  students  shows  that(1)  the butterfly  swimming  swimming  skill  learning  model  for  junior  high  school  students significantly improved the butterfly swimming swimming skill of the students(2) Based on  data  analysis,  the  average  value  of  pre  test  9.37  and  post  test  average  17.62, standard  deviation  3.11  value  of  t -16.77  significance  level  0.05  can  be  said  that  the Butterfly  Style  Swimming Skill  Learning  Model  can  improve  butterfly  style  swimming skills and is effective to be applied in the learning process of butterfly style swimming skills for junior high school students.

Volleyball  games  at  the  elementary  school  level  are  modified  according  to the ability level of students who are named with mini volleyball. Students who take part   in   mini   volleyball   extracurricular   activities   in   Pasireurih   2   Public Elementary  School  generally  do  not  master  under  passing.  So  this  study  aims  to determine the improvement of mini volleyball under pasing skills through the play method. This research uses the action research method according to Kemmis and Taggart by using four stages in its activities namely planning, action, observation and     reflection     with     data     collection     techniques    through     observation, documentation  and  tests.  The  number  of  students  involved  was  as  many  as  25 people. In this study also carried out 3 stages of activities namely pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The results of the pre-cycle, students who completed as many as 5 people  with  a  percentage  of  20%  and  as  many  as  20  students  who  have  not completed  the  percentage  of  80%.  In  cycle  1,  as  many  as  16  students  completed with a percentage of 64% and as many as 9 students completed with a percentage of  36%.  In  cycle  2  students  who  completed  as  many  as  22  people  with  a percentage of 88% and students who did not complete as many as 3 people with a percentage  of  12%.  Success  criteria  are  determined  when  80%  of  students  have been completed. Thus, the ability to pass under a mini volleyball has a significant increase through the method of play.

The purpose of this study was to determine the volleyball extracurricular coaching  program  atthe  junior  high  school  level  in  North  Tambun  sub-district, Bekasi  district,  West  Java  province,  namely  SMP  Negeri  2  Tambun  Utara,  SMP Negeri  3  Tambun  Utara,  and  SMP  Negeri  5  Tambun  Utara  using  the  CIPP evaluation model ( Context, Input, Process and Product). The subjects in this study were stakeholders in schools such as the principal, coaches, coaches and students who took part in the volleyball extracurricular coaching program at SMP Negeri Se Tambun Utara District. Collecting data and research instruments in the form of questionnaires  that  have  been  validated  by  experts.  Besides,  the  writer  also conducted observations and interviews with several stakeholders in the school. This data  analysis  used  a  qualitative  descriptive  method.  The  results  showed  that the results  of  the  research  on  the  CIPP  variable  volleyball  extracurricular  coaching program in North Tambun District showed that the context had a score of 62.22% with good criteria, 35.55% input with poor criteria, 55.5% process with sufficient criteria,while 44.4% Product with poor criteria.With an overall score of 49.4% with poor criteria. All of the schools studied had not run the program well. This can be  seen  from  the  very  minimal  management  of  facilities  and  infrastructure management, small provision of funds, and the lack of maximum programs provided by   the   trainer,   making   the   goal   of   achieving   top   achievement   cannot   be implemented properly. The conclusion is that the mentoring program has not been maximized  in  terms  of  facilities  and  infrastructure,  lack  of  funds,  lack  of support from schools and training programs that have not been implemented properly.

The purpose of this research is to produce and develop a javelin learning model for  students  of  SMK  (Vocational  High  School).  This  study  uses  the  Research  and Development  (R&D)  method  from  Borg  and  Gall,  while  the  subjects  in  this  research and  development  are  vocational  high  school  students.  In  limited  trials  (small  group trials)  using  20  students  as  subjects  and  large  group  trials  using  40  subjects,  while  the effectiveness test using 40 subjects. In the test of the effectiveness of the learning model using an instrument for assessing the skills of holding the javelin, the initial attitude, the throwing  motion,  the  final  /  recovery  attitude  using  a  rubric  /  portfolio  (process assessment). The data analysis in this study used the t-test, the results of the initial test before being given the treatment of the javelin throwing learning model were 52.93 then after  being  given  treatment  the  javelin  throwing  learning  model  increased  to  89.90.  In the  significance  test  of  the  difference  with  the  SPSS  Statistic  application,  the  t-count results are -86.01 and Sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.04, which means that there is a significant difference  in  the  javelin  learning  model  for  vocational  students  before  and  after  being given. the treatment of the javelin throwing learning model. Based on the data analysis above, it can be said that the javelin throwing learning model for vocational high school students  is effective  and  can  improve  the  learning  outcomes  of  javelin  throwing  for vocational students.

This  study  aims  to  increase  the  endurance  strength  of  the  lower  body  muscles  with  the  application  of  seat  media  to  athletes  who  run  long  distance  running  numbers  in  Depok  City  KONI  athletes.  The  research  sample  was  30  athletes from the Depok City KONI Platda who were members of the team for the preparation of the 2022 Porprov preparation. The  method  used  was  quantitative  with  the  type  of  action  research,  research  data  was  collected  using  planning  techniques  (plan),  action  (action),  observation (observe),   reflection   (reflect).   then   analyzed   quantitatively.   The   technique of collecting data by testing and measuring the endurance ability of the lower body muscles using the leg press test. The data analysis technique used was the t test at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study explain the training methods used to increase the strength of athlete’s muscle endurance including: 1) standing  and  sitting  on  a  chair  with  additional  weight  from  the  outside  such  as  dumbbells  or  plates,  2)  bridging  exercises  or  lifting  the  waist  with  a  footstool  against  a  chair,  and  3)  Performing  sit  and  stand  on  one  footstool.  The  endurance  of  the  athlete’s  lower  body  muscles  increased  in  the  third  cycle,  by  means  of  regular  and  varied  mentoring  methods  carried  out  by  the  coach  and  using  maximum  corrective  feedback  to  train  the  athlete’s  achievement  motivation.

2021 The Influence of Arm Length, Eye – Hands – Foot Coordination and Arm Power on The Bowling Ability of Male Cricket Athletes

This study aims to determine  the  effect  of  arm  length,  hand-eye coordination, and arm-toe coordination on the bowling ability of male cricket athletes   in   Jakarta. Data collection   was carried   out in early   January 2021, which took  place  at  the  campus of  the  Jakarta  State  University  Cricket Arena. The method of research used in this research is survey method with path analysis technique or path analysis . The sample used in this study amounted to 20 people who came from the male Cricket Athlete in Jakarta. The first test that was carried out was measurement of arm length. Then proceed with a test of eye-eye coordination, arm power and bowling ability for male cricket athletes in DKI Jakarta. The  hypothesis  testing  technique  used  in  this  study  is  to use path analysis techniques . The  data that has  been obtained aka n through  a process of analysis of the data through SPSS. The results of this study are : 1) The direct effect of variable X1  on Y (X1 g Y) or (r1y ) = -0,245. So the effect of arm length (X1 ) directly affects bowling ability (Y) of -0.2452 x 100%= 6,0%. 2) The direct effect of variable X2 on Y (X2g Y) or (r2y ) = 0.535. So the effect of eye-hand-foot coordination (X2) directly affects bowling ability (Y) by 0,5352  x 100% = 28,63%.3) The direct effect of variable X3  on Y (X3 g Y) or (r3y) = 0.457. So the effect of arm power (X3 ) directly affects the bowling ability (Y) of 0,4572 x 100 %  =  20,9%. 4) The direct effect of variable X1 on X3  (X1 g X3 ) or (r13) = 0.552. So the effect of arm length (X1 ) directly affects arm power (X3) by 0,5522 x 100% = 30,5%.5) The direct effect of variable X2  on X3  (X2 g X3 ) or (r23 ) = 0.407. So the effect of hand-eye coordination (X2) directly affects arm power (X3 ) by 0,4072 x 100% = 16,6%.  6) The indirect effect of variable X1  on Y through X3  (X1 g X3  gY) or (r13y ) = 0.552 x 0.457 = 0.253. So the effect of arm length (X1 ) indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3 ) by  0.253  or  25.3%. 7)  The indirect effect of variable X2 on Y through X3 (X2 g X3  g Y) or (r23y ) = 0.407 x 0.457  =  0.186. So  the  effect  of  hand  eye  coordination  (X2)  indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3) by 0.186 or 18.6%.

The general purpose of this study was to determinethe effect of learning media and the flexibility of students on learning outcomes ofbadmintondropshot.  The  objectives  of  this  study  are  as  follows:  To  find  out  theoverall  differences  in  learning  outcomes  of  badmintondropshotskills  betweenlearning  media  and  baskets  and  learning  media  with  rope  obstacles.  This  is  todetermine  the  interaction  between  learning  media  and  the  flexibility  of  learningoutcomes  fordropshotskills.  To  find  out  the  differences  in  learning  outcomes  ofbadmintondropshotskills  between  learning  media  with  baskets  and  with  ropeobstacles  in  students  who  have  high  flexibility.  To  find  out  the  differences  inlearning  outcomes  of  badmintondropshotskills  betweenlearning  media  andbaskets with rope obstacles for students who have low flexibility. In this study, theauthors used an experimental method using a factorial design by level 2 x 2. Thepopulation  in  this  study  were  all  class  XI  SMK  YPWKS  Cilegon  as  manyas  twoclasses  with  a  total  of  75students  with  a  sample  size  of  40  people.  Based  on  theresults  of  data  analysis,  Hypothesis  testing  results:  Basket  learning  media  has  abetter  effect  than  rope  obstacle  learning  media  on  badmintondropshotskills.There  is  an  interaction  between  learning  media  and  the  flexibility  of  badmintondropshotskills. Basket learning media with high flexibility has a better effect thanrope  obstacle  learning  media  with  high  flexibility  on  learning  outcomes  ofbadmintondropshotskills.  The  basket  of  learning  media  with  low  flexibility  hasno  difference  with  the  learning  media  of  low-flexibility  rope  obstacle  courses  onbadmintondropshotlearning outcomes.

The evaluation of the research with  CIPP  model  used qualitative  approach.The  subjects  of  this  research  were managements, coaches,  and athelets and parents  of ASIOP Football Academy.Thedata were analyzed qualitatively with these following steps:(1) data  collection, (2) data   reduction,   (3)   data   presentation,   and   (4)making   conclution   by   using triangulation  technique. The  data  were  collected  from  the  result  of interviews, observations, anddocumentations of the study.The  result  of  the  research  showed  that (1)  Context  evaluation  on  soccer developmentprogram at  ASIOP  Football  Academy is in  a excellentcategorywith percentage  (90%). The program  has  a  clear vision,mission,  goals  and  strategiesto becomea facilitator for young football player development.(2) Input Evaluation on soccer developmentprogram at  ASIOP  Football  Academy  is  in  a  good categorywith  percentage  (80%). Have  adequate  facilities  and  infrastructure,  good  quality coachesand adequate  sources  of  funding support.(3) Processevaluation  on  soccer developmentprogram at  ASIOP  Football  Academy  in  a  good  categorywith percentage (82.8%). The implementationof the mission and strategy has succeeded in helping achieve the target,furthermorethe facilities and infrastructure have been used  optimally,  and (4) ProductEvaluationon soccer developmentprogram at ASIOP  Football  Academy  is  in  a  good categorywith  percentage  (86.6%).This  is shown by ASIOP Football Academy has achieved all the objectives of the program.

The goal to be achieved from this research and development is to produce model of  game-based  futsal  dribbling  for  high  school  age.  This  research  and  development  is conducted  to  get  information  about  the  development  and  implementation  of  model  of game-based futsal dribbling skill for high school age and to know the effectiveness of the resulting  model.  This  research  uses  Research  &  Development  (R  &  D)  method  from ADDIE.   Subjects   in   this   study   were   senior   high   school   students   who   followed extracurricular  futsal  consisting  of  60  children.  The  steps  in  this  study  are:  analysis  of the product to be created, designing the initial product description, developing a product framework  that  has  been  designed,  implementing  products  that  have  been  made  with expert validation tests and testing them in large groups, and finally evaluating and testing the effectiveness of the product. The modeleffectiveness test uses the futsal dribbling skill test which is  used to know the  level of dribbling ability  of the  child before and after  the treatment of dribbling skill model developed. Preliminary tests performed obtained level of  dribbling  ability  ofstudents  is  11,3.  After  given  treatment  dribbling  model  obtained level of dribbling ability of students 10,1. On the significant test the difference with spss 20 obtained mean = 1,16217 shows the difference of pre-test results and post-test results, t-hitung = 18,666df = 59 and p-value = 0,00 < 0,05 which means there is a significant difference  between  before and after being given a game-based  model of futsal dribbling skill for high school age. Based  on  the  results  of  the  development  it  can  be  concludedthat:  (1)  With  the futsal  dribblingskill modelof  game-basedfor  students  of  high school  age, studentscan learn  effectively  and  efficiently.  (2)  With  models  that  researchers  have  developed, students are more motivated and active in participating in dribbling skilltraining. shows that the product model of this skill is feasible, in trials of large groups. The novelty in this research is that the skillmodel developed is a game-based model of futsal dribbling.

The aim of this research and development is to produce a product of a catch and take learning model for children in the lower class. This research and development was carried out in order to obtain information about the development and application of the throw-and-catch learning model for lower-grade elementary school children and to determine the effectiveness of the resulting model. This study uses the Research & Development (R&D) method from Borg and Gall. The subjects in this study were elementary school students aged 7-9 years, totaling 30 students. The stages in this research are: needs analysis, expert evaluation (initial product evaluation), small group testing, and large group testing (field testing). The model’s effectiveness test uses the catch and capture skill test which is used to determine the level of student ability before and after the treatment of the developed learning model. The initial test that was carried out obtained the score of the students ‘catch-throwing ability level was 250.47. After being given the treatment of the learning model, the score of the students’ catch-throwing ability was 271.40. In the significant difference test with SPSs 16, it was found that a mean of 20.933 showed the difference between the pre-test and post-test results, the result of t-count = 6.009 df = 29 and p-value = 0.00  <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between before and after. given a catch-and-throw learning model treatment for lower-grade elementary school children, thus the throw-and-catch learning model in lower-grade elementary school children is effective for improving the ability of throw and catch motion for elementary school students.

The purpose of this study was to produce a locomotor learning model product for mild mentally retarded students that can be applied in the physical education learning process at extraordinary elementary schools. This learning model is expected to help teachers during the physical education learning process, especially in locomotor material. This study uses the ADDIE method. The results of the study resulted in a product in the form of a locomotor learning model for mild mental retardation students in grades 1-3 at an extraordinary elementary school that was validated by three disability experts as many as 30 models, namely 10 items of basic walking models, 15 items of basic running motion models and 5 items of models. basic jump motion. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the study were in the form of a locomotor learning model book for students with mild mental retardation. The locomotor learning model for students with mild mental retardation can effectively improve the locomotor movement ability for special elementary school students. Based on the results of the study, it is proven that the locomotor learning model for mild mental retardation students has been declared valid and effective and can be applied to students with mild mental retardation in special schools.

This study aims to get an illustration of how great the connection between the anatomical length of the sleeve with the durability  of the sleeve muscles and the  psychological  impact  of  shooting  throws  in  petanque  sports.  The  study  was conducted  by  a  path  analysis  design  and  involved  16  petanque  athletes  as  the sample based on purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used path analysis at the significance level α = 0.05. The requirement to apply path analysis  is  that  the  data  must  be  analyzed  first  using  the  normality  and  linearity test.The  findings  of  this  study  reveal  that  the  five  research  hypotheses  are accepted, those are (H1) Sleeve length has a direct effect on the results of shooting throws in petanque sports; (H2) The endurance of the sleeve muscles has a direct effect on the results of shooting throws in petanque sports; (H3) Psychology  has a direct  effect  on  the  results  of  shooting  throws  in  petanque  sports;  (H4)  Sleeve length  has  a  direct  psychological  effect;  (H5)  Sleeve  muscle  endurance  has  a direct psychological effect;Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the results of shooting  throws in  petanque  sports  have  a  direct  impact  of  the  sleeve    length, sleeve muscle endurance and athlete’s psychology.

This study uses the ADDIE method. The results of the study resulted in a product in the form of a learning model of the 11-12-year-old  Passing  LearningModel  that  has  been  validated  and  revised  by  22 experts.    Data    were    collected    through    documentation,    interviews,    and observations. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the study were  in  the  form  of  11-12  Years  Passing  Learning  Model book.  Based  on  the results of the study, it is evident that the 11-12-year-old Passing Learning Model can  be  developed  and  applied  in  volleyball  learning  in  elementary  schools.  The Passing  Learning  Model  aged  11  12  years  can  effectively  improve  the  abilityto pass  under  volleyball  in  elementary  school  children.  Passing  Learning  Model aged 11-12 years can make a positive contribution in supporting the achievement of   goals   in   learning  PJOK   in   elementary   schools,   because   in   addition   to improving  passing  skillsunder  volleyball,  students  can  be  motivated  to  do  a variety of learning.

Based on this action research, the objective of this research is to improve the skills of passing results through the expectation of a variety of games situation exercises in futsal games in female extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 2 Gantar. Classroom action research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Gantar Kab. Indramayu which consists of grades 7, 8 and 9. This research is motivated by the situation of female students in futsal extracurricular activities who have not fully mastered passing skills due to the training program that has not fully run optimally and there has been no application of various exercises that can attract students’ interest and desire daughter to practice in earnest. This action research was carried out in 2 cycles, each of which consisted of 3 stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. In each exercise, the researcher explains about the variations of the games situation practice, which consists of the initial, implementation and closing phases, then each student is given the opportunity to ask questions and try them. The instrument used in this study was a passing result test sheet consisting of action implementation observation sheets, pre-test passing and post-test result data, and group assessment results tables. Data processing techniques and data collection are based on the data obtained on the instrument. The results showed that the results of passing through a variety of games situation exercises were able to improve the passing results of female students of SMP Negeri 2 Gantar compared to training activities before the implementation of action research. After an action research was conducted through the application of a variety of games, the situation increased. The first cycle is 40%, and the second cycle is 80%. The average value obtained has increased in cycle I by 16 (less), and cycle II by 80 (good enough).

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the effect of learning facilities, the ability of Technological Knowledge (TK) and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers for physical education during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method in this study used Path Analysis. The sample included in this study amounted to 55 physical education teachers. The results of the analysis show the contribution of the influence of learning facilities (X1) on teacher performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.219, which means that the learning facilities variable has a positive and significant effect of 4.8% on teacher performance. The second hypothesis is that the variable Technological Knowledge (TK) ability (X2) affects teacher performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.295, which means that the variable Technological Knowledge ability has a positive and significant effect of 8.7% on teacher performance. The third hypothesis is on teacher motivation (X3) on teacher performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.278, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect of 7.7% on teacher performance. The hypothesis of the four learning facilities variables (X1) on teacher motivation (X3) with a correlation coefficient of 0.238, which means that the learning facilities variable has a positive and significant effect of 5.7% on work motivation. The fifth hypothesis is the variable of Technological Knowledge (TK) ability (X2) on teacher motivation (X3) with a correlation coefficient of 0.309, which means that the variable of technological knowledge has a positive and significant effect of 9.5% on work motivation. The conclusion in this study is that learning facilities, Technological Knowledge (TK) abilities and work motivation on the Performance of Primary School Physical Education Teachers during the Covid 19 Pandemic both have a direct effect between the variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of learning physical education for sports and health based on 6th grade of Cilegon 4 Elementary School. Teachers utilize technology in learning in the form of google classroom media. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The research subjects used in this study were the fifth grade students of Cilegon 4 Elementary School totaling 36 students. The data collection used a questionnaire,. The result of validation is good and feasible. The final result of this research is that there are indicators of online learning knowledge in students of 69.44%, understanding of the facilities used for online learning is 69.44%, applications used during the online learning process are 63.89%, internet resources used for online learning is 69.44%, learning material is 58.33%, barriers during online learning are 47.22%, learning time is 58.33%, and indicators of advantages and disadvantages of online learning are 52.78%.
