To achieve these goals, the following work strategies are chosen:

1. Increase the commitment of Postgraduate leaders and staff to the mission and objectives of the development of the study program.
2. Improving the quality of Postgraduate management, especially in the equalization of responsibilities, implementation of self-evaluation, and rewarding to obtain a conducive work atmosphere.
3. Improving the quality and number of activities that can be done together among staff, students, graduates, and graduate users.
4. Increase participation and role of the community to support the achievement of the mission and goals of Postgraduate development.
