General Information of Registration:
- Have completed the previous level of education as evidenced by at least having a graduate certificate. For master program applicants have completed the Bachelor Program level, and doctoral program applicants have completed the Master Program level;
- Have a research proposal or research design
- Applicants for the Doctoral Program level have a recommendation letter from a prospective supervisor;
- Applicants who are already/currently working have a letter of permission from their direct supervisor at the agency where they work;
- Applicants are allowed to choose a maximum of two study programs;
- In addition to the general requirements above, applicants must meet the unique needs set by the Study Program.
Registration requirements for postgraduate study programs:
- Prospective Master Program Students have a minimum Bachelor GPA of 2,75 out of a 4-scale, and for the Doctoral Program have a minimum master GPA Of 3.25 out of a 4-scale with a minimum accredited study program
- Prospective students who have a GPA Of 2.50≤GPA <2.75 out of a 4-scale for a master’s program and 3.00≤GPA <3.35 out of a 4-scale for a doctoral program can take part in the selection with the requirements that they have worked for at least 2 (Two) years and get a recommendation from a professor or supervisor whose field of expertise is relevant to the chosen study program
- Take the selection exam held by the University, including the Academic Potential Test (TPA), English Language Test, And Interview. In addition, especially for a prospective doctoral program, students must make a research design (mini proposal) to be presented at the time of the interview.

- Latest color photo (full face without hat/glasses/accessories)
- Master Degree Certificate
- Master Degree Transcript
- English Proficiency Certificate: International TOEFL (https://www.ets.org/) with a minimum score of 173(CBT) or 61(IBT) or IELTS (https://www.ielts.org/) with a minimum score of 5.5 TOEFL/IELTS Score are valid for two years from the test date. If you have or will have received a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, you do not need to submit TOEFL/IELTS Certificate.
- Indonesian Language Proficiency Test (TIBA) Certificate with a minimum score of 4 or an Indonesian Language Score (BIPA) Certificate with a minimum level of 3 is required. TIBA/BIPA Certificate is a mandatory document, except for those from high school with entirely the class In Bahasa Indonesia.
- Statement of purpose
- Recommendation Letter
- Health Certificate.
